1. Digital Goods and Virtual Items

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. This policy applies to all products sold on our website, including but not limited to:

  • Game Currencies & Credits (e.g., Diamonds, UC, CP, Gems, Coins)
  • Digital Gift Cards & Vouchers (e.g., Steam Wallet, PSN, Xbox, Google Play)
  • Game Activation Codes & CD Keys
  • Direct Top-Up Services for any mobile or PC games
  • Any other virtual items delivered digitally

Once the digital item has been delivered to your account or the digital code has been sent to your email/screen, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

We only offer refunds in the following specific circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If you have paid for an order and did not receive the item within 24 hours due to a system error or out-of-stock issue.
  • Product Not As Described: If the item delivered is completely different from what you ordered (e.g., you bought a RM50 code but received a RM10 code).

To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page with your Order ID and proof of the issue.

3. User Error Responsibility

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from errors made by the user, such as:

  • Providing an incorrect Player ID (User ID), Server ID, or Zone ID.
  • Selecting the wrong product region or game version.
  • Failure to secure your own account information.

Please double-check all order details before confirming your payment. We cannot reverse a top-up or refund a code once it has been processed to the details provided by you.
